YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN CONVICTED OF ANY FELONY AND ARE NOT REQUIRED TO REGISTER AS A SEX OFFENDER WITH ANY GOVERNMENT ENTITY.
4. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT

We will not disclose any of your Member Account information to the connected social network without notifying you. Please note that this feature may undergo changes and improvements by us and the social network platforms involved, and therefore, available features and shared information may change without prior notice.
5. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES
5.1. The Website serves as a platform for communication between Members and Validated Members (please refer to Section 13 ("Suppliers. Validated Members")). Both Members and Validated Members are collectively referred to as Members. Through the Services provided on the Website, Members can submit and receive various types of content, including audio, text, photos, videos, video-chats, pictures, graphics, comments, messages, personal information, and other forms of content ("Content"). These communications and tools are accessible through the Website.
5.2. We may periodically introduce new Services, tools, or versions of the Website, as well as additional services or features. All such Services and features are subject to these Terms, along with any specific terms that may be released for those particular services or features.
5.3. Certain features of the Service are exclusively available to paying Members ("Paid Services"). To access Paid Services, you are required to purchase virtual currency known as "Credits" using real currency. Credits do not possess monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real currency or other valuable items outside of the Service without our written permission. While terms like "buy," "purchase," or "sell" may be used in reference to Credits, they are purely for convenience and do not indicate monetary value. You acknowledge that Credits are not real currency and cannot be exchanged for money from us. Credits obtained through the Service are provided to you under a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-sublicensable license for use within the Service. Credits may not be transferred or resold in any manner, including through direct sales or auctions. You do not possess any ownership rights, titles, or interests in the Credits or any associated attributes within the Service. Unused Credits expire 365 days after the date of purchase.
5.4. The "Buy/Add Credit" section in your account allows you to access and purchase Credits. The respective fee for Credits is indicated on the check-out page, and the purchased Credits are assigned to your account.
5.5. Paid Services primarily serve as communication tools. We provide instruments for communication and can only address claims related to the quality of these communication tools. We do not provide services for finding a partner, assistance in establishing a family, arranging personal meetings, or similar services. Therefore, we are not liable for any of the following situations (this list is not exhaustive):
a. Dissatisfaction with any communication on the Website due to someone's behavior or actions, whether online or offline, or dissatisfaction with the content of received letters, messages, comments, chats, photos, or videos, etc.
b. Failure to fulfill personal intentions or expectations related to creating a family, finding a spouse, meeting someone in person, or engaging in sexual activities, etc.
c. Difficulties or failure to communicate with someone outside the Website.
d. Difficulties or failure to meet someone in person.
e. Discovery of a profile being removed or suspended from the Website.
f. Identification of incorrect information on someone's profile (regarding age, city/country of residence, marital status, language abilities, etc.).
g. Encountering negative reviews or publications about the Website and/or its Services on the Internet.
None of the reasons mentioned above can serve as valid grounds for a refund.
5.7. Account Inactivity and Account Termination. If your account remains inactive, or you do not access the Service for 6 months, we may, at our sole discretion, terminate your account and forfeit all Credits associated with it.
5.8. You can redeem Credits as outlined herein or on the Website. We have the discretion to determine and communicate the availability and exchange rate of Credits, which may be modified at any time. All redemptions are subject to this Agreement and any limitations or requirements posted on the Website. Acquisitions and redemptions of Credits are considered final. Once Credits have been used, they will be deducted from your account. Please refer to Section 19 (Refunds) for additional information.
5.9. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof), either temporarily or permanently, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Service.
6. TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement becomes effective when you access the Service and remains in effect as long as you use the Service. You have the right to terminate your membership at any time by contacting our Support Team online at jasmin.marriage.agency7@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your use of our Services and/or membership at our discretion without cause or notice. This may occur if you violate any provision of these Terms, if we cease providing access to the Website in your jurisdiction, or for other reasonable circumstances determined by us. After termination, certain terms that survive termination will continue to be in effect. We reserve the right to take further action in case of any breach of this Agreement, at our sole discretion.

We may share your contact information with Validated Members, and we cannot control or be liable for any further transfer of such information by those Validated Members.
7.2. You assume all risks associated with using the Services, including online and offline interactions with others, such as real-world meetings outside the Website. You are responsible for taking necessary precautions when meeting individuals through the Website.
7.3. We do not guarantee the number or frequency of Members' inquiries to communicate with you or their ability, desire, or criteria to communicate with any Members. We make no guarantees regarding your compatibility with individuals you meet through the Website, their conduct, or the accuracy of the information they provide about themselves.
7.4. You must report any violations of the Agreement by other Members to us promptly.
7.5. You must provide accurate and truthful information to us and other Members. If the information becomes inaccurate or false, you must promptly notify us of any changes.
7.6. Harassment, exploitation, threats, abuse, or harassment of other Members, Support Team, or employees is strictly prohibited.
7.7. You must not collect personal data or any other information about other Members without proper authorization. This includes activities like spidering or scraping.
7.8. You must not sell, transfer, or offer to sell or transfer your Website account to any third party without our prior written approval.
7.9. We have the right to monitor the information or material you submit to the Website or through the Services. We may remove any content that violates applicable laws, the intent of this Agreement, or at the request of a third party.
7.10. You must not post or communicate any content or engage in activities on the Website that are abusive, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, promoting violence, terrorism, illegal acts, hatred, harassment, or that violate the rights of others. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on such information or content. The Company does not guarantee the correctness of any information in a Member's profile.
10. SUPPORT SERVICE
When interacting with our customer Support Team representatives, you agree to behave respectfully and appropriately. You must not engage in abusive, offensive, threatening, harassing, or inappropriate behavior. If we determine that your behavior towards our customer Support Team or employees is not in compliance with these guidelines, we reserve the right to terminate your membership.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our control. These include acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, shortages, failures of infrastructure, hacking, or computer failures.
12. NO WAIVER
The failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not affect the right to enforce it at a later time. Waiving a breach or default of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or the provision itself. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and the Company as a result of this Agreement.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, along with other referenced provisions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
